Delivery and returns policy




1. Introduction

  1. In this policy we set out details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website.
  2. This policy shall not create legally enforceable rights and obligations; rather, our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products is indicated in this policy.

2. Free delivery

  1. We offer free standard delivery to all mainland UK addresses on all orders over GBP 50 including VAT.
  2. All other orders will be subject to delivery charges as detailed in Section 5.

3. Geographical limitations

  1. We will usually be able to deliver to the following countries and territories: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
  2. We may from time to time agree to deliver products to other countries and territories.

4. Delivery methods and periods

  1. The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:
    1. if your delivery address is on the United Kingdom mainland, you will be able to select Royal Mail or DPD, and the typical period for delivery of products by this method is 3 working days
  2. If you place your order by 3pm GMT/BST on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on that day; if you place your order after 3pm GMT/BST on a working day, or on a non-working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.
  3. The delivery periods set out in this Section 4 are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
  4. We may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, and these checks may delay your delivery. If the delivery is likely to be delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you.

5. Delivery charges

  1. Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.
  2. Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order.

6. During the christmas, holiday, or promotional period, prices and shipment type and time may be different.

7. Delivery tracking

  1. Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products.
  2. To track your delivery, enter your tracking number which is provided in your order confirmation email into our delivery service provider's website here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

8. Receipt and signature

  1. All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.
  2. Our delivery service provider will notify you in advance of attempting to make a delivery requiring signature.

9. Additional deliveries

  1. If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least 1 more attempt to deliver the products in your order.

10. Collection

  1. If your products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least 1 more attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.

11. Delivery problems

  1. If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify to you.
  2. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
  3. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
    1. you provided the wrong address for delivery;
    2. there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
    3. the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
    4. the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
    5. if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
    6. if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.

12. Damages

  1. Nutrimi LTD is not responsible for damage to packages and products during delivery, as well as a lost package.If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  2. The Nutrimi team will do whatever it takes to keep you satisfied, packing your parcels carefully and keeping them safe.

13. Returns

  1. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with protection seals.The security packaging must be intact.
  3. Products that are not originally packed and secured cannot be returned.
  4. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  5. Non-returnable products:food, intimate and sanitary products, newspapers, products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
  1. If you wish to return a product, prior to return contacts us via info@nutrimishop.co.uk in the first instance. Please include your order number and personal details.
  2. Please do not send your purchase back without agreement with Nutrimi LTD.
  3. If the returned items do not meet the above-mentioned requirements, Nutrimi LTD reserves the right to a partial return or to refuse the return.

14. Refunds

  1. After receiving the return, we check its correctness, verify the data and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your payment provider).
  3. If the product received is not suitable for return, the customer decides whether Nutrimi LTD should remove the product or send it back to the customer at his expense.
  4. If you have not received a refund, please contact your bank first.If you still do not receive a refund, write to info@nutrimishop.co.uk

15. Exchanges

  1. We only replace products that are damaged or defective, but this is not the fault of the carrier.
  2. First of all, please send photos of the product and photos of the package with the shipping label to info@nutrimishop.co.uk

16. Shipping

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Each product sent to us must be properly protected against damage, it must be originally packed and not used
  3. If you want to be sure that the package will reach us, we suggest you take out insurance.We are not responsible for lost returns.
